What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product and process. Many standard machined and molded parts accept low MOQs; we will advise a practical MOQ for custom projects.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Samples are usually free and dispatched within 3–5 days after confirmation; shipping cost is paid by the customer or charged to your courier account.

Do you support custom machining to my drawing?

Yes — we machine and mold custom PTFE parts from drawings, samples or ideas, with material selection support and full inspection.
